Refund & Return Policy
At Serene Strokes, we take great care to ensure that every painting is crafted and delivered with the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests only in the following situations:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and photos of the product
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days
If your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized artwork
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
